25 AI marketing frameworks, free to read
Named systems for AI-assisted marketing, brand and growth. No signup, no gate. Pick the one that matches the problem in front of you.
A marketing framework is a named, repeatable sequence for a decision you make more than once. Its value is not the idea inside it. It is that the idea survives being handed to someone else, applied on a bad week, and checked afterwards. That is the whole difference between a tactic you read and a system you run.
How to pick one
Do not read these in order. Each is complete on its own and written to be used the same week you read it. Start from the symptom you actually have.
AI output feels generic
Start with the brand voice and brand memory frameworks. The model was almost certainly never given anything specific to be correct against.
Lots of content, no results
Start with the demand and measurement frameworks. Producing more of something nobody searches for does not compound.
Everything depends on one person
Start with the workflow and quality-gate frameworks. That is a written-process problem, not a talent problem.
Use one when
- You make the same decision more than once
- Someone else will have to run it too
- You need the hundredth output as good as the first
These are not
- Prompts. A prompt gives you one good output, once
- Tool recommendations. Nothing here needs a purchase
- Rules. Each shows its reasoning, so keep the half that fits
A framework you cannot argue with is usually just an opinion in a diagram.
Where to start if you want the whole picture
These frameworks are the individual pieces. The structure they slot into is covered in what a marketing operating system is and how to build one, which is the better first read if you are trying to work out the shape of the whole thing before picking a part.

What is an AI marketing framework?
A named, repeatable sequence for a marketing decision you make more than once, written so it can be handed to someone else and checked afterwards. It defines what gets made, how, and what standard it has to clear before it ships.
Are these free?
Yes, all 25 of them, in full, with no signup and no gate. There is an email list if you want new ones as they are published, but nothing on this page is behind it.
Which framework should I start with?
Start from your symptom rather than the top of the list. If AI output feels generic, start with brand voice. If you are producing a lot with no results, start with demand and measurement. If everything depends on one person, start with workflow.
Do I need AI tools to use these?
No. Most of them are documents and decisions. Tools become useful once the process is stable enough that you know what you are automating.
